By creating an account or using Tabo, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You are asked to accept both during sign-up, and Tabo records the date you accepted. That record exists so we can show, honestly and specifically, which version of these terms applied to your account.

Tabo is a working network, not a game. When you use it — whether you post, message, join a cooperative, or verify as a farmer — you are agreeing to be part of the community described on this page.

You need an account to post, message, join cooperatives, and earn rewards. When you sign up, give us true information: your real name, your region, and if you are a farmer, your valid RSBSA registration number.

Keep your account secure. Do not share your password, and let us know right away if someone else is using your account. One person, one account — accounts are not shared or transferred.

Tabo works best when everyone posts the way they would talk across the counter at the tabo: with respect.

• Be respectful. Disagree about farming methods, never about a person.
• No spam. Do not flood the feed with repeated posts, irrelevant offers, or link farming.
• Keep your RSBSA claim honest. Only mark yourself or claim to be RSBSA-verified when your registration is real and current. Faking it hurts the whole network.
• Sell what you say you are selling. Post honest prices, quantities, and quality.

You may not use Tabo to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person or group.
• Post content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading — including fake listings and false certifications.
• Share anyone else's personal information without their consent.
• Impersonate a farmer, cooperative, buyer, or any other person or organization.
• Interfere with the platform: do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Use Tabo to run scams, advance schemes, or solicit payments outside the network without proper disclosure.

You keep the rights to the content you post. By posting, you give Tabo a license to store, display, and share that content within the platform so the network can function — including showing your posts to other members and in the feed.

The Tabo name, logo, and design belong to Tabo. You may not reuse them without permission. You may repost your own content anywhere, anytime.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms — especially for harassment, spam, or false RSBSA claims. If we suspend you, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

You can leave anytime. Email us at [email protected] to delete your account, and your posts and profile will be removed from the network. Where the law requires us to keep certain records, we may retain limited data.

Tabo is a meeting place, not a party to your deals. We connect farmers, buyers, and cooperatives, but we do not guarantee produce quality, price, delivery, or the outcome of any transaction between members.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tabo is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, from deals made between members, or from content posted by others. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We may update these terms as Tabo grows. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.

If a change is significant — like how your data is handled or how your account can be suspended — we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use Tabo after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
